At Nothingprojector, we want you to be completely satisfied with your ALR screen setup. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original packaging and condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage the ALR screen in its original internal padding and high-strength outer carton to prevent any damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label to the package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the screen's condition at our warehouse, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
